What's your Sign of the Times?

I had just opened a Creme Soda when I was asked by Caleb if I would slice him an apple. I sliced the apple and thought to myself how good a Creme Soda sounded. I then went to the fridge got out a Creme Soda, opened it, sip, sip and then sat it down right next to the one I had just opened. Do you think this is related to why I put the dirty Teaspoon in the cupboard and the full box of baking soda in the sink the other day? Are these happenings a sign of my time?

That picture is funny! Both Alivia and I think you look like CJ. I think your memory has something to do with motherhood. Those little bloodsuckers are sucking everything out of us including our memories. The other day I searched and searched for my car keys, screaming and yelling at the kids to helps my find them. When Maddie happened to point out that they were in my hand! Holy Moly!!

oh Sandy I not only look like CJ, I act like her. I got mad at the kids for taking chocolate milk down in the family room when in fact I was the one who took it down. I told them I would ground myself. We had a good laugh about that one.

CJ can only mean one person right? Because when made the comment about the chocolate milk...well...that gave it away. I don't think it's age...I think it's lack of sleep! Keys are notorious "blenders". Mine are always hiding on my finger (slip the ring of the keys on a finger and voila...the great disappearing act...hang on...it's Lord of the Rings!). Anyway, chin up....pretty soon you won't even KNOW you were looking for anything at all and life will be fine!

How fun would it have been to live way back when there were girl doo-wop singing groups...we could have given that a whirl! One day we will be old together, losing our minds together...maybe we'll end up in a home together...oh, I'm not looking forward to it.

you know Grandma J.'s sisters were in a home together. Margaret and Mary Anne (maybe they were her aunts) it could happen. I imagine we would be mean.
